You guys are too fast. I have to put serious thought into this. Give me a month or so. Or at least until this afternoon.

dude - you could replace SAY ANYTHING, as it already on your list of top fives.

i am surprised by GONE WITH THE WIND and ATONEMENT. actually, very surprised. and i'm a little disappointed that DIE HARD, HIGH FIDELITY and GROSS POINT BLANKE didn't make the cut. i feel like i don't even know you anymore.

i should have tried to name at least five films on your list, myles. i think i could have easily named eight of these, with the three above shockingly not making your list.

good call on TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. that sucker gets me everytime.

ps. i just bought THE DIRTY DOZEN for a buck. will review soon.

You know, GPB will replace SAY ANYTHING. Good call.

Atonement was a last minute call--just watched it this week, and thought it was a tremendous, yet sad movie. Brings up all kinds of existential questions of what it means to narrate. WATCH IT.
